How it works

Engage with the CDO's resources to earn points. Points move you up through four levels — and each level unlocks new resources built to move your career forward.

1

Earn points

Take real career-building actions across five stages — from updating Handshake to landing an internship. Every action is worth points.

◷ Points sync each weekday morning
2

Level up

Reaching a new level takes more points and a wider spread of engagement, so you grow across every area that matters.

◷ Levels are updated every Wednesday
3

Unlock rewards

Each level opens new resources — assessments, stipends, mentors, recommendations — plus automatic entry into level raffles.

◷ Raffle drawings occur every Friday

Track your progress

The Five Stages

Every point you earn belongs to one of five stages. Together they cover the full arc of career readiness — reflection to real-world experience.

Earn points

Tap any action to see what it's worth and how to accomplish it. The points for some activities carry over year to year. Everything else resets each academic year.

Level up

Advancing takes both more points and a wider spread across stages. Here's exactly what each level requires.

Rewards

You're eligible for the rewards at your current level and every level below it. The higher you ascend, the more you unlock.

Plan your Ascent

Add up what you're planning to do and watch your points, your level, and your unlocked rewards update in real time.
